Scheduling
- Moving dates are reserved only after deposit is received.
- Customers should provide at least 48-hour notice for cancellations.
Payment
- 20% deposit due at booking.
- Remaining balance due upon completion.
- Invoices unpaid after 7 days may be subject to late fees.

- Secure valuables before movers arrive.
- Ensure utilities are active at destination.
- Notify movers of fragile or specialty items.
